Rental Process

1. Order your gear

Place your order online and select the gear that you would like to rent. Once added to the cart, simply drag the calendar handle to the date you want to receive the gear and to the date you want to return the gear. You also have the option of clicking the damage waiver checkbox and this will add the damage waiver for each particular item. Once you move the handles, you will see the realtime price for your rental. The price you see in the cart is the amount that will be charged to your credit card.

Once you have added everything to your cart just selct the checkout button and it will walk you through the checkout process. Enter your billing address, shipping address, and billing information. After that is done hit the submit button and our system will verify everything is available for the time needed and send an automated email with confirmation of your order.

2. We ship the gear using UPS

We will ship the gear to you using UPS. Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries. If you need it shipped to a workplace or a UPS facility, please put that address in the shipping section at checkout.

All orders will be shipped based on when you are needing it. If you're shipping to a different address please let us know why the lens is being shipped there. You can note it at checkout. Please let us know the phone number as well, as this will speed up the verification process.

3. Use the gear

Use the gear for whatever you have planned! If you are unsure of what gear you might need you can contact us here and we will be more than happy to make recommendations for you.

4. Ship the gear back to us using the prepaid return label

When you are done with your rental, simply pack up the gear just like we sent it to you in the same box. Take the prepaid return label and tape it over the top of the old label. Lastly, drop it off at your local UPS or UPS store by the last scheduled pickup time, on your due back date. It's just that simple!
